A: DEZ is committed to making food delicious and flavorful, with every item made fresh to order. We work with a local bakery to create signature flatbreads daily. Additionally our sauces, spreads and dressings are made in small batches to guarantee freshness and consistency.

Q: CASH-FREE? WHY?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Going cash-free means faster service for you, while helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Q: WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH YOUR PACKAGING?
A: All of our to-go packaging at DEZ is recyclable and/or compostable. We also offer only paper straws because we love our OASIS and you should too!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION POLICY?
A: At this time, we do not accept reservations. All seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Q: DO YOU OFFER LARGE ORDERS/ CATERING?
A: Yes! Check out our catering menu HERE! Catering orders can be placed by emailing EATME@INTHEDEZ.COM with the following information: NUMBER OF PEOPLE, LOCATION & DATE/TIME OF DELIVERY. We request that catering orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Q: MY BESTIE LOVES DEZ, CAN I BUY HER A GIFT CARD?
A: DUH! We offer gift cards aka DEZ Dough for your special someone. To purchase, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR SOFT SERVE FLAVOR OF THE MONTH?
A: Stay cool in the DEZ! Currently our flavor is a Vanilla Soft Serve with Nutella, Raw Tahini, Pecans, and Sea Salt!

Q: DOES DEZ OFFER ANY VEGAN & VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?
A: Yes, we have a TON of vegan & vegetarian options available. Our menu clearly shows which items are vegan (“VG”) and vegetarian (“V”) for easy reference!
Q: DOES DEZ OFFER ANY NUT-FREE MENU ITEMS?
A: Yes, we do offer several nut-free options. While DEZ is proud to offer menu items with nut-free ingredients, DEZ is not a nut-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of nuts. Q: DOES DEZ OFFER ANY GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
A: Yes, we do offer several gluten-free options. We also offer several items that can be easily be modified to be gluten-free. Our menu clearly shows which items are gluten-free (“GF”) and which items can be made gluten-free, (“GFO”) for easy reference! While DEZ is proud to offer menu items with gluten-free ingredients, DEZ is not a gluten-free environment. Q: CAN YOUR PITAS BE MADE GLUTEN-FREE?
A: Unfortunately, our freshly baked pita bread contains gluten.

A: As a new restaurant we do not have nutritional information available at this time.

A: Yes, DEZ uses organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
